The problem

A family house with five apartments had to be understood before it could be booked: what the house is, where it stands, which apartment fits — and then a direct way to ask, with no intermediary between the guest and the people who host them.

What was built

A site in Italian, German and English, ordered the way a guest decides: the house and its identity, the place around it, the five apartments with guests and size, and one “Check availability” on every screen that hands off to the house’s own booking engine — with email, phone and WhatsApp one tap away.

The life of the house, not a list of amenities

The alpacas live here; they are not an attraction. The site lets them, the pasture and the evenings at the table carry the identity — in a warm, typographic language, on a desktop and in the hand.

Space, silence, material, territory

The house is described in four words and shown in the evenings that prove them — hospitality and daily life in the same place.

From the first photograph to availability

The same path on a phone: four steps, and availability never more than one tap away.

Five apartments, one handoff

Each apartment — La Möra, Ladin Spirit, Ardesia, Boschel, Montaria — says who it sleeps and how large it is, and links straight to its own page on the house’s booking engine. The last screen asks for nothing but the stay.

What is under it

  • Three languages, one structure

Italian, German and English share one information architecture, with hreflang between every page.

  • A direct handoff

“Check availability” is on every screen, and each apartment opens its own page on the booking engine.

  • Measured only with consent

Analytics start only if the visitor agrees; the site works completely without them.

  • Prerendered, on Vercel

Next.js renders the pages ahead of time and Vercel serves them from the edge.

One layer of a larger system

planat.it is what guests see. Behind it, PLANAT OS — a separate, private system — plans and tracks the content the house publishes. Two projects, one business.
