System analysis diagram: on the left, today, the business’s tools linked by hand, with a bottleneck and lost information; on the right, tomorrow, the same tools and people connected to one system. Below, what the written analysis contains.

System Analysis

1,500 euros

First I understand the work, then I decide what to build. I look at where time is lost, where information breaks down and what should really connect the work.

You receive a written analysis: how the work happens today, what I propose, the priorities and an estimate. It doesn’t have to end in software: if you don’t need a system, I’ll tell you. If the build follows soon after, part of this fee can be credited towards it, as agreed in the proposal.

What I look at, and what you receive

  • Where time is lost, and where information breaks down
  • Tools and workflows, mapped
  • Bottlenecks
  • Where automation would help
  • A proposed architecture
  • Priorities, a roadmap and an estimate for the next project

I solve one process

Digital System

from 9,000 euros

One specific operational problem, solved properly. I build the system around one or a few of the business’s core processes, in one place.

Tell me how you work today

Depending on the project, it can include

  • User access and basic roles
  • A database and a dashboard
  • Documents and a calendar
  • Notifications and essential automations
  • One or a few integrations
  • Going live and initial training

Typically

One team, one business, a few workflows, a clear scope.

I connect several parts of the business

Complete Digital System

15,000 to 30,000 euros

Not a smaller system with a few more pages: several parts of the business that have to work together. When customers, operations, documents, notifications, approvals and reporting can no longer live in separate tools, I build one system around the real work.

Tell me how you work today

Depending on the project, it can include

  • Several connected processes and roles
  • Operational dashboards and reports
  • Automations, notifications and approvals
  • Several integrations and document management
  • Custom business logic and internal tools
  • AI features, when they are genuinely useful

Who it’s for

Businesses with several people and several operational stages, where information has to pass between departments and processes, and separate tools mean manual work today.

I build the operational infrastructure

Advanced System

from 30,000 euros

Here I’m no longer building just a tool: I’m building the private operational infrastructure the business runs on. The work becomes long-term operational architecture.

Tell me how you work today

What can make it advanced

  • Several locations or business units, many roles, fine-grained permissions
  • Approval chains and an audit trail
  • API integrations and data kept in sync with external systems
  • Migration from earlier systems, with testing
  • Advanced automation, complex reporting and admin tools
  • Error handling, phased rollout, training and evolution over time

When it’s needed

When the system has to coordinate several locations, many people, complex permissions, critical processes and outside services.

Why a system can cost more than €30,000

The price doesn’t grow with the number of screens. It grows with the processes to coordinate, the people and permissions to manage, the systems to connect, the data to migrate, and how much of the business depends on the software working.

Problems that lead to an advanced system

Several locations
Data, people and operations across locations have to work in one system.
Roles and approvals
Different actions need permissions, clear responsibility and a record of who did what.
External systems
The software has to connect to a CRM, management software, bookings, payments or other services.
Migration
Data and processes have to move over from earlier tools without stopping the business.
Critical operations
The system is used every day, and a mistake has real consequences.

When you don’t need it

If a smaller system solves the problem well, there’s no reason to build the advanced one. That’s why every project starts with the analysis: it shows how much complexity you actually need.

PLANAT OS shows the depth a private operating system can reach: it’s built around PLANAT’s daily work. It isn’t a product for sale; every system starts from the work of the business that uses it. PLANAT OS →

I keep the system running and evolving

Ongoing Support

from 700 euros a month

After launch I can keep maintaining and looking after the system: monitoring, fixes, updates, small improvements and operational support.

It isn’t unlimited development: substantial new features or new areas of the system are estimated separately. Third-party, API and AI usage costs are separate or covered by an agreed allowance.

Discuss support

Depending on the agreement

  • Maintenance and monitoring
  • Bug fixes and updates
  • Small improvements
  • Checks on integrations, automations and AI features
  • Help for the people using the system

02

Websites & digital products

Sites designed for the business they represent, and tools that do useful work instead of only showing information.

The laraisc.com event configurator: dishes chosen course by course, and the summary with price per person and an indicative total
La Raisc · the event configurator, live

Website

from 4,500 euros

A site designed for the business it represents, not a reused template.

Can include

  • Content architecture
  • Its own visual direction
  • Responsive design and development
  • Contact and enquiries, visit analytics
  • Basic technical SEO, performance, privacy and cookies
  • Going live

Advanced Website

6,500 to 12,000 euros or more

When the site has to do more: several languages, editable content, motion, bookings or interactive parts.

For example

  • Several languages and a CMS
  • Bookings and integrations
  • Stronger motion and richer interactions
  • Portfolios, case studies and maps
  • Stronger art direction

Configurator / Interactive Tool

from 5,000 euros

A website can do useful work, not just display information.

It can let visitors

  • Choose and configure
  • Calculate and compare
  • Request an estimate
  • Send structured information
  • Put together a service or product request

03

Creative

  • Concept and visual language
  • Typography and colour
  • Photography and motion direction
  • Art direction
  • Supervision of the digital experience

Photography

20 euros per photograph, minimum 15 photographs

€20 per finished photograph delivered. Minimum 15 photographs (€300).

  • Selected
  • Edited and colour-corrected
  • Exported
  • Delivered digitally

Photographs are selected and edited before delivery.

Video

priced per project

Video production is priced in the final proposal based on shooting requirements, duration and complexity.

It depends on

  • Duration
  • Shooting and locations
  • Production and editing
  • Sound and motion graphics

About the prices

Prices show where a project starts, or its typical range. The final quote depends on the scope, the integrations and the production required. Third-party services and specific production costs are listed separately.

Photography production costs

The price per photograph covers the finished photographs. When a project needs specific production — a studio, assistants, exceptional travel, paid locations, specialist equipment, models or permits — those costs are quoted separately.
